I provide evidence-based individual and group treatment approaches to foster mental wellness and improved quality of life. I offer mental health assessments and counseling for a wide variety of concerns. As I utilize different skills and interventions from the cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, and mindfulness-based approaches, I look forward to collaborating with each of my clients on the approach that best fits their individual needs.
