Kenosha Community Health Center (KCHC) and Pillar Health are committed to providing accessible, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare for everyone, regardless of income, insurance, background, or circumstances.
Founded in 1995, KCHC has been a cornerstone of community health in Southeast Wisconsin, delivering integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services designed to meet the needs of the whole person. In 2022, our mission expanded with the launch of Pillar Health. This initiative represents a shift toward a fully integrated, patient-centered model of care that continues to grow and reflect our unwavering commitment to optimizing healthcare for all.
We believe healthcare should be personalized, rooted in community, and delivered by a coordinated care team. With clinic locations across Kenosha and Racine Counties, including rural communities served by our Silver Lake Clinic, our health home model ensures that patients can access comprehensive services all in one place. Each clinic is staffed by multilingual, trauma-informed professionals who prioritize cultural understanding and work to build lasting trust with every visit.
Our impact goes beyond routine care. We actively remove barriers to access through services like providing pathways to community support services, care coordination, insurance enrollment assistance, and our Sliding Fee Discount Program. School-based programs continue to grow as well, with dental care now reaching 29 schools through the Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile Program, alongside in-school lead screening, well-child exams, and behavioral health therapy that bring care directly into the classroom. In 2025 alone, we provided more than 56,600 visits to over 16,700 patients across our network.
We’re proud to be part of a larger movement, too. Community health centers across Wisconsin operate more than 200 service delivery sites, brick-and-mortar and school-based alike, serving over 300,000 patients every year.
