Pillar Health is proud to shine a spotlight on Vedrana (Vee) Jovkovic, Family Nurse Practitioner, who is now welcoming new patients at our Racine clinic.
Vee joined Pillar Health in 2024 and has quickly become a trusted provider at our Kenosha location. With her move to also serve Racine, more patients ages 13 and older can now access her compassionate, personalized approach to primary care. Vee is fluent in both English and Serbian, making her an excellent resource for the region’s diverse communities, including families with Eastern European backgrounds.
Vee’s commitment to healthcare began long before her professional training. As a child, she often helped family members through illness, shaping her desire to support others during vulnerable moments. She followed that calling to Grandview University in Iowa, earning her nursing degree, and later completed her advanced practice degree at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Patients value Vee for her genuine, patient-first approach. She listens with intention, learns about each person’s unique circumstances, and builds care plans designed for long-term health. Her ability to explain things in a friendly, approachable way helps patients feel comfortable, informed, and ready to take charge of their well-being. Vee believes that effective healthcare starts with a strong partnership, and she works side-by-side with her patients to support and challenge them as they move toward healthier lives.
Outside of her clinic work, Vee volunteers in the community and enjoys spending her free time traveling and being with family and friends. She lives the balance she encourages her patients to find—caring for others while making space for joy and connection.
