On January 10, 2023, KCHC/Pillar Health will be launching a new electronic health record (EHR) that includes a new patient portal called MyChart. MyChart will allow you to do many things including send a message to your provider, pay for services, and have better access to your health information.

During the transition, we ask for your patience as your healthcare provider works to provide you with expert services, while at the same time, learning to navigate an EHR system. You may notice some delays in appointment scheduling or the registration process, but you can be assured that these are only temporary and will be resolved within a few weeks following the system launch. Please monitor your email closely for further information.

CareMessage will also be updated in January to work with the new EHR. When you receive the text welcoming you to CareMessage, please stay in the program to continue receiving appointment reminders and health tips by text.

Do not wait to schedule your appointment.
