On July 14, 2022, Pillar Health hosted an open house for the business community and an official ribbon-cutting that many local and state dignitaries attended.
A neighborhood open house is scheduled for August 10th to welcome the community to take a building tour, meet the Pillar Health team, and enjoy food and refreshments before the facility opens in September. Pillar Health, a division of the Kenosha Community Health Center, is opening its first location at 4006 Washington Road in Kenosha this September. Pillar Health will provide integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services in a health home model. The model is designed to place patients and families at the center of care delivered by a team that utilizes evidence-based approaches and resource referrals to address individualized needs.
Pillar Health and Kenosha Community Health Center are stepping up to provide vital mental health services in response to the alarming increase in mental health issues among teenagers in Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth Counties, Wisconsin.
