I love helping people grow and expand their ability to flourish in all circumstances. I have always been an encourager to others and I am passionate about personal growth.

Multiculturally competent practitioner of Acceptance And Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered, Mindfulness Based, Holistic, Trauma-informed care. I conceptualize people within their unique context. I emphasize self-compassion and mindful awareness. I enjoy educating and empowering my clients.
