Pillar Health Joins the Racine Health Alliance in Inviting Residents to Complete the 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment

What does Racine County need to become a healthier, stronger community?

Your voice can help answer that question.

Pillar Health is proud to be part of the Racine Health Alliance, a new local partnership bringing together public health agencies, healthcare systems and community service providers to better understand and respond to the health needs of people throughout Racine County.

As part of that work, the Alliance is asking Racine County residents to participate in the 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

Your Experience Matters

The Community Health Needs Assessment is an opportunity to share what you see, experience and need in your community.

The survey asks about topics that can have a significant impact on individual and community health, including:

  • Acceso a la atención médica
  • Behavioral and mental health
  • Consumo de sustancias
  • Health literacy
  • Community resources
  • Vacunas
  • Children’s health
  • Enfermedades crónicas

The information gathered will help provide a clearer picture of Racine County’s health priorities and guide government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers and community organizations as they develop programs and services to address local needs.

Who Can Take the Survey?

The survey is open to anyone age 18 or older who lives in Racine County and takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Responses will be collected through November 20, 2026. The survey does not request personal information, and responses are anonymous.

Paper surveys are also available at community events and public locations throughout Racine County.

Why Your Participation Is Important

Every response helps create a more complete picture of health in Racine County. The Alliance is encouraging residents not only to participate themselves, but also to share the survey with friends, family members, neighbors and coworkers so that as many voices as possible are represented.

Results from the assessment are expected to be released in summer 2027 and will help organizations evaluate community needs, track health trends and tailor services to address Racine County’s most pressing health priorities.

Your community. Your health. Your voice.
