Pillar Health and KCHC are excited to share that Javier Luna-Blanco, MS, LPC-IT, is now accepting new patients in both Racine and Kenosha. Javier is a bilingual psychotherapist who provides counseling services in English and Spanish, making mental health care more accessible to individuals and families in our community. He serves patients ages 10 and older, helping young people, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.

Since joining KCHC in May 2022, Javier has offered mental health assessments and counseling for patients managing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, stress management, interpersonal relationships, mental health crises, and life transitions.

While Javier specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he also integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy to adapt treatment to each patient’s needs. His goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where patients feel comfortable sharing their struggles and receive empathetic, constructive feedback that supports healing and growth.

Javier’s patient care philosophy centers on the belief that every client has the inherent ability to improve their well-being. Through a strengths-based perspective, he helps patients build resiliency and live more effective and meaningful lives.

Motivated by his desire to help others become healthier versions of themselves, Javier is also committed to increasing access to culturally diverse and Spanish-speaking mental health services across the community.

Javier earned both his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. Today, he proudly serves patients in Racine and Kenosha, ages 10 and older, at the Pillar Health Racine Clinic and the KCHC 22nd Avenue Kenosha Clinic.
