Si\u00e9ntate frente a una ventana con vistas a los \u00e1rboles, haz una pausa cuando salgas a la calle para sentir el sol en la piel o f\u00edjate en el movimiento de las nubes en el cielo.<\/li>\n<li>Saluda amablemente a los dem\u00e1s. Ya sea desde una distancia segura en persona o a trav\u00e9s de FaceTime, saluda a los dem\u00e1s con ojos amables y env\u00edales en silencio el pensamiento Te deseo lo mejor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las alteraciones en las rutinas diarias pueden desviar nuestros h\u00e1bitos saludables, as\u00ed que ten en cuenta las siguientes formas de ayudar a tu cuerpo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tiempo diario sin pantalla. Dedica un rato al d\u00eda a leer un libro o una revista, a cocinar o a pasar tiempo al aire libre.<\/li>\n<li>Mueve tu cuerpo. Mantener el cuerpo activo y en movimiento es esencial. T\u00f3mate un tiempo para explorar un parque o descargarte una aplicaci\u00f3n de entrenamiento. Ve a una habitaci\u00f3n diferente de tu casa, da un paseo suave al aire libre o aprende un nuevo estiramiento para cada d\u00eda. S\u00e9 creativo a la hora de aumentar tu ritmo card\u00edaco durante unos minutos cada d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Mant\u00e9n horarios constantes. Duerme s\u00f3lo en la cama y no enciendas los dispositivos mientras est\u00e9s acostado.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliza la cama s\u00f3lo para dormir. Si utilizas el tel\u00e9fono o ves la televisi\u00f3n en la cama mientras est\u00e1s despierto, tu cuerpo aprender\u00e1 que cama = actividad cerebral (lo contrario de dormir). Intenta por todos los medios estar en la cama s\u00f3lo cuando sea la hora de dormir y est\u00e9s muy somnoliento.<\/li>\n<li>Alimenta tu cuerpo.
