Fuerza muscular<\/strong><br \/>\nEs la \"fuerza\" que le ayuda a levantar y transportar objetos pesados. Sin fuerza muscular, el cuerpo ser\u00eda d\u00e9bil e incapaz de responder a las exigencias que se le plantean. La forma de aumentar la fuerza es entrenar con pesos pesados, trabajando en los rangos de 4 - 6 o 12 - 15 repeticiones. Cuanto mayor sea el peso, menos repeticiones debe realizar.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><strong>2. Resistencia muscular<\/strong><br \/>\nLa resistencia es la capacidad de los m\u00fasculos para realizar contracciones durante largos periodos de tiempo. En lugar de levantar o cargar algo durante unos segundos, los m\u00fasculos se utilizan durante minutos. La forma de aumentar la fuerza es entrenar con pesos ligeros, trabajando en el rango de 20 - 25 repeticiones. Trabajar con pesos m\u00e1s ligeros entrenar\u00e1 las fibras musculares necesarias para la resistencia muscular, y el mayor rango de repeticiones conduce a un periodo m\u00e1s largo de ejercicio.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p><strong>3. Resistencia cardiovascular<\/strong><br \/>\nLa resistencia cardiovascular es la capacidad del cuerpo para seguir el ritmo de ejercicios como correr, trotar, nadar, montar en bicicleta y cualquier otro que obligue al sistema cardiovascular (pulmones, coraz\u00f3n, vasos sangu\u00edneos) a trabajar durante largos periodos de tiempo.
