What made you choose a healthcare career?
I chose a career in healthcare because I wanted to make an impact in a person’s health and well-being. Nursing is a career that helps save lives, brings happiness to individuals and their families, and comfort to those in need. Although this field is very challenging, it is also rewarding. I am honored to contribute to such a noble profession.

What types of care do you provide, and what sets your care apart?
My care focuses on Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, and Education. Nurse practitioners are set apart from other healthcare providers by their unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. In my practice, I focus on holistic care, which ensures that every patient will receive the highest quality of care possible.

What’s your patient care philosophy?
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to make sure that my patients are receiving the best care. By treating patients holistically, I ensure that they are physically, mentally, and spiritually fit. I stay true to my own values when caring for my patients by being kind, compassionate, showing respect, and listening.

How will the integrated care model at Pillar Health enhance your practice and benefit your patients?
The new integrated care model at Pillar Health will allow me to collaborate effectively with dental and/or behavioral health using shared care plans that incorporate patient goals. This will result in a better health care experience and improved patient outcomes. Patients can expect to have access to medical, dental and behavioral services in a more convenient way that is also cost effective.

What can patients look forward to when they visit you?
When patients come to their appointment, they can look forward to a provider who listens to their needs and provides guidance to their desired goals.
